Rates
December holiday period
R2 200 per night for house. An additional R100 per extra per night if more than 9 people. Minimum stay 3 nights.
Other school holidays and long week-ends
R1 600 per night for house. R400 per head if fewer than 5 people. An additional R100 per extra per night if more than 9 people. Minimum stay 3 nights.
Other times
R1 200 per night for house. R350 per head if fewer than 4 people. An additional R50 per extra per night if more than 9 people. Minimum stay 2 nights.
Payment
50% deposit to secure reservation, refundable if cancelled more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Balance payable before departure.
